Sustainability is a top priority, represented by our value system of produce, protein, and people. We believe that sustainability is all encompassing and should be passed on from the food we source, the waste we produce, and the programs we offer for our employees.

Sustainability is always at the forefront of our mission at Pete’s, but the pandemic has introduced challenges never faced before. This is not to say we are giving up on sustainability. However, supply chain issues have changed the scope of the standards we previously set for ourselves, due to the types of packaging available. Our goal is always to reduce our waste and increase the overall sustainability of our restaurants, but we have had to make some compromises on our packaging based solely on availability.
